So far this is what has been donated to the underprivileged in and around our community:
- R7000 worth of hand soap and household disinfectant purchased & distributed by Vision 153 with Food packs
- 326 Meal packs/ Community Packs have gone out – each pack feeds 4 people for a month = ~1300 people fed for Month of April
- 1200kg Cereal purchased from Futurelife (1 kg cereal = 20 meals, So 24000 meals supplied with this cereal)
- Education – Finegroup produced a simple/ pictorial poster in Zulu and English which has been used in the Communities to educate people around handwashing and hygiene
- Vitamins + Masks & sanitiser supplied to Vision Team + SAPS volunteers assisting them.
- Donation of tea, coffee, sugar, paper cups to SAPS Umhlali tea station for volunteers and staff over lockdown period
- Dennis Kaiser, Mica and Zulchem have donated sanitizer, masks and gloves to Vision Team whilst working in the lockDown Period
